If Priority Mail is selected as your shipping option, your package should arrive in 2-3 business days. This option includes Saturday Delivery

If UPS Ground is selected as your shipping opption, your package should arrive in 1-6 business days. Monday thru Friday. This option Does Not include Saturday Delivery.
Although we stock most of our items, we do have some items that will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. In this case, your order may come in more than one shipment and by more than one delivery service. In this case, we use the delivery service of choice by the manufacturer. All customized and personalized items ship directly from the manufacturers. These items may also take longer before they are shipped and shipping times can not be determined by the time frames listed above. Please note that on personalized or customized orders, selecting UPS or Priority Mail does not necessarily mean that your package will be shipped by that service. We will do our best to ship using your preferred carrier but this is not always possible. If you have any questions, please ask before placing your order as refunds are not given on customized or personalized items unless the error is in our fault. Thanks!
**There are also a very few occasions that additional shipping charges may be applied to oversize, overweight or international orders. You will always be contacted for approval before being charged for these fees. We will never charge your credit card for more than the amount shown at checkout without prior approval.
